I use to go to the Chopt that was located at Brookfield Place in New York City. I never heard of it until I was walking around the food court during lunch one day and noticed that HUGE line wrapping around the corner. The next day I decided to give it a try and HOLY $H!T...I love it! Their salad portions are, what I feel, very generous and the way they chop up the salad (hence the name) is what makes the place kinda stand out. You can literally scoop your salad out of the bowl and the dressing that comes with your salad is evenly distributed giving you that really satisfying feeling when you've consumed everything. I personally love their Classic Cobb salad (Dijon mustard has a decent kick to it).
Yummy salad but always run out of my fave dressing.
Definitely come here with an appetite because if not you're going to get smacked in the face with the quantity of greens your given. So freaking happy that this place is close to me now! WOOT WOOT!!!!!
First time here since it opened in Florham Park. Compared to the other food options, this is a nice fit. Customized salads isn't rocket science, but it is a good healthy option. The only thing that kept the 5th star was the price. Call me crazy, but $12-15 for a salad, before any drink, etc is a bit steep for lunch on a regular basis.

Now I was upset when I left my job because there was no Chopt location near me...until I found out that one opened up at this location. I immediately told all my friends and co-workers about it. This place is PACKED during lunch so consider picking it up unless you're willing to wait for an open seat. The staff is friendly and they make, I mean CHOP, the salad RIGHT in front of you. Some may say that the salads are a bit on the expensive side (2 salads, 1 can of flavored seltzer water, and a bag of chips can run you about $30) but for the amount of salad you get I feel it's so worth the price...and the ingredients are fresh as heck!
Tried this place for the first time today! Delicious salad with fresh ingredients. I was going to get pizza but I’m so glad I got Chopt instead. It’s really cool how they chop the salad in front of you. I will be coming back!
